I think that we've made some bloody good signings over the last couple of days. Hopefully PB can mould them into a decent team. Have to admit that I felt a bit down towards he end of last season, but I'm starting to look forward to next season now!

Agree alasher some very good signings, seem to have plenty of midfielders again, if we can get another striker and a good keeper I think we have a lot to look forward to.

My thoughts exactly, another striker Billy. Does anyone know if Williams or Mercer are staying and what's the situation with Jarvo ? Hope he makes a full recovery BTW. The squad looks full of experience now, something we perhaps lacked last season. My only concern would be a lack of pace but it does look a better squad already. Everything was pretty much all doom and gloom at the end of last season, particularly on here, hopefully we can have a better season and get this forum going again Onwards and Upwards COYDB

With Blinkhorn signing I would suspect we will go 2 upfront Killer and Tams pace will be vital, like most it felt last year that we carried over are champions form for the first 3 months, Good cup runs helped but we falterd over Xmas and the new year.Excited for the new season

If we can get Williams, Mercer and Tam to re-sign, plus sign a good keeper, that should make for a decent squad. Looking forward to the season.

Believe Tam gone to America, mercer signed elsewhere, but could be a couple more excellent signings this week if my information is correct.

That just leaves Williams of last year's squad to sign up. We probably could do with another central defender and a striker, plus a keeper of course.

Richie Baker, Matty Blinkhorn, Glenn Steel, Steve Williams and Paul Jarvis if he stays, looks like Fylde are getting the Band back together lol. If we'd still have Ricky Mercer and Adam Sumner, we would have a full compliment. Richie Allen or Matty Walwyn next anyone ?

If we could get Richie Allen I'd pick him up and drop him off just to make sure he gets to Giant Axe - now that lad can play - better attitude and he'd have made the Championship if not higher.
