Lads seem in good spirits, fair few fans on the coach.
Dodgy putting his tackles in now so they make it on time.. Wink

A great result today! With Rammy losing at Farsley its back in our own hands. For heaven's sake lets get behind the lads for the remaining games (the atmosphere during the second half of the Farsley game was amazing!) & do our bit to help. Killer is on fire, four goals in two games! #COYDB #DPBWA

A very comfortable win in the end with Michael Hale not having a great deal to do throughout the 90 minutes. Kilifin's second goal was a stunner! The result kills off any lingering hopes that Ossett Town may have had about reaching the play-offs, so it's definitely four from six now.

Rammy did indeed lose, the down side of this though is that it keeps Farsley lying in wait for us to slip up!

Second goal from Killer is my vote for goal of the season so far. Shame there was only (only!) about 30 or so City supporters there to see it.

We looked a class above Ossett to be honest. That line up with Dodgson on the wing and Kilifin and Wearing up top looked very balanced, especially when we attacked. Elderton also had one of his best games of the season and his link up with Dodge was class.

Another win tomorrow (our game in hand on Rammy!) and we'll be back in the playoff places and with Rammy having to play Brig (amongst others) we'll be almost there.

Interesting report on the game in Sunday's Non League Paper, featuring such luminaries as Tom Killisin, Lee Dodson and Billy Akigg. Difficult to take a report seriously when they can't even get the names right. I note that the league website still has Connie scoring the first goal v Radcliffe. If that were to be amended then Killer would feature in the leading goalscorers section as he now has 16 league goals.
