default City v Brig 1st leg

Post by LFC-LCFC on 18/10/2014, 17:33

Giant Axe hasn't been much of a fortress this season, has it? Evil or Very Mad

Aren't we all so lucky we get to play Bamber Bridge and Clitheroe each four times this season? Possibly the most boring and dire games in the footballing calendar.

Was the recent six goal-thriller a boring affair?

Anyone got anything to say about Saturday's game, for the benefit of us exiles, or was it a game to be forgotten?

Had no memory of these.

Perhaps you had too much to drink at some of these games then

Notice nobody has put Clitheroe scores up for you.

Is the replay now Next Tuesday

I didn't bother researching Clitheroe as I had some sympathy with Jonny on that one, my memory is of lots of dull games against Clitheroe (whereas I was sure we'd had some silly scores vs Bamber), a lot of which were lost.

4 goals or more since 08/09
Clitheroe 0 - 5 Lancaster (Helliwell, Dodgson 2, Coar, Entwistle) 18/04/09
Clitheroe 1 - 3 Lancaster (Jarvis, Rushton, Connerton) 05/04/10
Lancaster 5 - 2 Clitheroe (Kenworthy 3, Johnson, Hattersley) 12/10/10
Lancaster 2 - 2 Clitheroe (Green, Gregson) 01/01/13
Clitheroe 2 - 2 Lancaster (Jackson, Wills) 24/09/13
Lancaster 1 - 3 Clitheroe (Taylor) 25/08/14
Lancaster (Reserves) 2 - 7 Clitheroe (Clark, Woods) 30/09/14
