default TAYLOR OUT, CUMMINGS IN

on 3/11/2015, 14:17
Don't know what to make of this one. I could have understood him going to Workington to better himself in a higher league but to join Stringfellows black and white shite, well there you go. Still, the grass is not always greener as they say. That's Taylor,Connerton,Kilifin and Wilkins, all ex-City, looking for a strikers place at Ken-dull. The good thing is Terry Cummings coming our way and is highly-rated.

Strange decision by Tayls, if it was his decision, but Cummings won a host of awards and MOTMs in his time at Squires Gate before joining the Dulls a few weeks back.

I'll substitute Taylor for Cummings in my Netbusters Steve Very Happy

No great loss.....I know he's improved in the last 18 months or so but we'll need better than him if we're to progress

A bit disappointed tayls as gone,Talked to him Saturday and got the feeling if Workington was a bit easier to get to he would have gone there,But ive said before Phil as a great pedigree in bringing in young strikers, through is work at myerscough he's produced several strikers who in one case as played In the premiership and three others who in the last year or so have played in league one/two.

I don't care about the humbugs, it strikes me (if you'll excuse the pun) that Stringfellow seems to be more concerned about playing 'games' with us than establishing a settled squad - if that is the case I reckon PB would have him for breakfast. As for 'Tayls' going I've lost count of the number of times I've said what a talent but what a frustration, I believe he was offered more money but must have felt he would rather challenge to lead the line at Kendal, good luck to him. So far the changes PB has made have worked to our advantage so I see no reason to back him on this one - bring on the Vics tonight.

Aaron promised lots but never delivered anything like consistently enough.
