Or maybe we could get some of our old favourites back, if so many of them are playing in leagues below ours or for teams which are rumoured to be about to go bust? I know we can't attract them with money this season, but I can't imagine they are getting a lot in the NW Counties and they may not get anything at all at Kendal soon (according to what I have heard). If they see prospects of decent money next season in a team that's pushing for promotion, we could be attractive to quite a few of them. However, I suppose that they may want to wait until they know who the manager will be.

Indeed.

On the former player note, Adam Farrell hat-trick for Fylde today.

I see Squires Gate are recruiting several of our reserves/Myerscough lads,

Jack Hindle, Robert Lofthouse, Mark McLaughlin, Alex Ralph, Brent Wood-Townend

Alex Ralph, Jack Cook and Marley Gough were the ones from our old reserves who impressed me the most. Surprised to see them at such a low level.

Although after a quick google I see Jack Cook is now a regular starter for Kendal Town.

I thought Ralph might struggle with his size so not entirely surprised that he didn't make impact at Kendal. I only saw the reserves in that cup final but thought Wilkins looked a good footballer so pleased to see he has been playing and scoring for bamber bridge. Cook and gough also looked good players.
