Brilliant result today, making last Monday's performance even harder to fathom.

A great result and an impressive crowd of 380, probably double what we would have had at home.

How many £££££ does this result put in the coffers?

After today Steve I'll put in an extra fiver if we are drawn at home in the 3rd Qualifying round and a further fiver if we get through to the 4th Qualifying round - days like today are the reason I do the volunteer work, absolutely bloody marvellous.

What a game, agree with distantmusic, every hour spent painting and cleaning during the summer are paid back today. There are still one or two teams we could draw at home in the next round who I think we could feel very confident of beating. What's the thoughts big side at home eg fcunited or a big game away at maybe Stockport.

Awesome performance and a well-deserved win. Mike Hale was out of this world, but every one of the lads deserves all possible credit. Sympathy to Jacob Davis, which seemed to be a case of the referee evening things up--not a great performance by the man in black, who should have dismissed No9 for his hatchet job on Ricky, and presumably would have done if he hadn't already shown one red for a far less heinous offence. Now the lads have to lift themselves again for Tuesday.

Great performance, great win. The lads were outstanding. Mike Hale was a deserved MOTM, making several good saves. Jordan Connerton worked his socks off up front, winning numerous balls in the air, he & Jacob Gregory looked dead on their feet by the end they put that much effort in. I was too far away to comment on Jacob Davies' sending off, but it did smack a little of "evening things up" Their sending off wasn't justified in my opinion, a yellow would've been appropriate. I thought they had defenders covering. The number 9 should definitely have gone for the studs-up challenge on Ricky from the resulting free kick though, ref, who was poor throughout for both sides, bottled it. Their number 4 was a good player & dominated especially in the second half, when Connie was isolated after Louis Mayers' substitution & he was given a lot more room. Probably a little churlish to say this given the result, but I thought that a defensive substitution like that was made too early & invited pressure too early.
I'm hoping for a home draw against the lowest ranked team left in the competition........bring on the prize money!!
