I was discussing this yesterday & my opinion was that the jackpot needs to be won next Saturday rather than being rolled over to next season. I also had a brilliant idea.....next weekend's potential bumper crowd could mean a bumper pay day for the club, with only 3 keys remaining & a decent sum in the pot this is an extra incentive for people to attend if encouraged to do so. If the jackpot isn't won at half time then my idea would be to have another ticket sale during the second half with a guaranteed pay out at 5 o'clock when the draw is done again after we've all bought another pint.
