Congratulations to Spennymoor who deserve their promotion, but what a shame that Plastic Sofa City beat Workington. And congratulations to Rob Wilson who scored Wukkinton's winner in the semi at Blyth. It breaks my heart that we let Rob go.

A shame that the multi-millionaire gobshites managed to get promoted.

Relegation for Stamford, Hyde, Colwyn Bay and Rammy. Presumably Bay to be classed as the other "southern" team, with Stamford?
