Between building a nest egg in a certain tax haven I believe. Maybe he's become a "non-dom"?
Any pitch invasion would be spontaneous....& naked.

I'm sure that he would come back for a big game. Additionally that IoM is a bit rough; they threaten you with guns so I've heard.

4 games to go 11 points required.
At about 3.30 somebody asked "when was the last time we played well at home?" A lengthy pause ensued before I declared, "Ramsbottom at home"
Correct answer apparently....back in Sept I think.
It seems we've given up trying to play football & we're going to gamble on playing the percentage game รก la John Beck.
Fine by me if it pays off.
Our opponents on Tuesday had a nice little win.
Despite all that I see a comfortable win for us on Merseyside. Title celebration a week Monday

Another defeat for us at Prescot, now it is not in our own hands again. Even if we can manage to win the remaining 3 games (and that is a big if) it may not be enough.Cannot believe how we have fallen away at the most important time of the season.

Yes, games 1-10: 22 points
Games 11-20: 19 points
Games 21-30: 23 points
Games 31-39: 15 points
And people will say that it's the form team at the time who tend to be most successful in play-offs.

Had a feeling we'd struggle against a side that had scored 11 goals in its previous two games. If we could produce three performances like the one v. Radcliffe we would still have a chance and it would give us some momentum if we had to be in the playoffs. Current form is worrying though and personally I dread the thought of a repeat of the last playoff disaster.

Wasn't a pretty game. Pitch was diabolical and was a real leveller. It became a game of who is best at hoofing the ball. Turns out they were.
I can see why they're undefeated at home in 2017. Impossible for any kind of passing football to be played on that pitch. I hate this level of football sometimes
Still three games to win and see what happens though. Sigh.

So five defeats in the last eight games. If we had shown anything like our February form we would have won the league weeks ago. It must be that dreaded Manager of the Month award.
Remakably though given such a run, it can still turn around. A win against Kendal on Monday, coupled with a Farsley defeat against an Ossett Town team desperate for a home draw in the play offs, puts us back in the driving seat.
